About Me:
Hello! My name is Jessa Mae, and I am delighted to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you. I come from a humble/poor family where we have faced tremendous hardships, starting from nothing and struggling due to the difficulties life has thrown our way. Despite these challenges, facing financial status, my family has always emphasized the value of education. Even if we belong to a poor family, we can do everything as we or I are dedicated to finishing and graduating my college degree. I am thankful to have my family despite our status in life, I am proud to have them and they encourage me to pursue my dreams and aspirations no matter what it takes, just believing in myself, have faith and trust in God ‘s process.
As a student, I have faced many challenges or obstacles wherein i am to the point to give up and to stop my studies cause of financial status or lack of financial support. I’ve been always thinking “where I am able to have that ‘money’ to support me and to fulfill my needs in education?” To be honest, my mother or even my family haven’t enough to support me financially, sad to say but that’s the reality. But, I believe in God that one day there’s someone who will help or to sponsor and support me financially to finish my studies. My family’s financial situation made it incredibly tough for me to afford the education I desired, that’s why I am dedicated to graduate with my college degree and help them in the future. Through perseverance and dedication, I have managed to maintain good academic standing and my dream is to pursue higher education in my desired field of study, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Values Education. After this my ultimate goal is to contribute positively to society, to give back to the community, and to become a catalyst for change and to give back to our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Tragically, when i was just 13 years old, my father passed away, leaving us with even greater responsibilities to shoulder especially my mother. In total, we are all 11 siblings, and the burden of supporting each other fell heavily upon my mother’s shoulder. Despite these trying circumstances, I remained determined to continue my studies, knowing that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and achieving my dreams.
However, I cannot achieve these dreams alone. That’s why I am reaching out to you or to potential sponsors like you who are willing to support students like me, who badly needed the help in terms of financially to sustain our needs in studying. With hope in my heart and determination in my soul, I am seeking someone who can be a guiding light, someone who believes in the power of education and a dedicated person who is willingly to help the students like me.
By sponsoring me, you would not only be assisting a dedicated and driven student, but you would also be investing in a future where education becomes a powerful tool for change and progress. With your support, I am confident that I can overcome any obstacles that come my way and make the most valuable opportunity. I promise to work diligently, remain committed to my education and make you proud of your investment in me.
Thank you for taking the time to read about me. Also, thank you for considering me as a potential candidates for your support, your belief in my potential means the world to me, and I am eager to show you the positive impact your support can create. Together, we can create a brighter future for everyone and I am truly hopeful that you will consider supporting my education.
