Bright Futures Program 1 – Nutrition

The objective of our Nutrition program is to teach people how dietary choices affect their health.  We provide educational seminars to show how changing your eating habits can improve many of the health problems. Additionally, we provide seeds for individuals and churches to start vegetable gardens and community gardens.   The gardens can provide a wide variety of nutritional foods for little or no cost.
