About Me:
I am Jocelyn, a 20-year-old, 2nd-year Civil Engineering student from Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology (BISCAST), and I’ve been one of the beneficiaries of the PUNLA scholarship since the 1st Semester of the School Year 2022-2023. I aspire to become a successful civil engineer someday to help not only myself but also my family and our church. Currently, my parents are providing for three college students and one high school student, and because of this, I know that we also struggle financially. Being a PUNLA scholar has been really a great help to my family as it sustains my academic needs.
