About Me:
Hi! I’m Zharmain, 20 yrs. old from Malilipot Albay. I’m currently a 3rd year student taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education Major im Filipino. I’m a second child and my brother’s name is Mark John a 22 years old who is currently working because of the financial problem. He doesn’t yet continue to college because our mother can’t support us together to study. He let me continue my studies first and I told him that after me he will continue his studies also. My mother’s name is Melany and my Father’s name is Edgardo who is already deceased when I was just 1 year old because of the heart attack. I have also 2 siblings and they are Ruth Abegail, a 7 years old girl and Dave Ezekiel, a 4 years old boy. My aspiration in life is that I will finish my studies and have a stable work so that I could give my family a better and a good life. As a student our first struggle in life is that how we can pursue our dreams by having a financial problem. At first, that is the only reason why I go to church every Sunday so that I can have my attendance, not until I decided to get Baptized last Jan. 1, 2023 and I also join the choir ministry to serve Lord our God. I didn’t regretted any of the decisions that I made and let God have my life because I know that God knows what is best in my life. I want to share some of my experiences in life as a Baptist, before I wasn’t able to join in camping or etc. but because of the Grace of God He let me experience those things. There was a Baptist Heritage Youth Convention (BHYC) in Metropolitan Sta. Ana Manila and our Pastor Dan let me join that together with Atty. Grace her daughter and Ate Faith one of the Punla Scholar before. I can say that, that was really a good experience. One of the lines that stick in my mind is that ” If I run alone that is RACE, but if I run with GOD that is GRACE”. Thank you and God bless us all.
