I think all of us have seen things in the news or on TV that made us angry or sad. You wonder why someone doesn’t do something about it. Or turn to God and ask, “Why don’t you do something about this”. But if you listen, God’s message is clear, “you DO SOMETHING”. God has put it on your heart for a purpose, for you to be his hands and feet, and DO SOMETHING about it.
This is why PUNLA was started, we saw the need in Bicol, but no one doing anything. The message from God was clear. Show the people of the Bicol region of Philippines that God cares, we care. And provide some opportunities to improve their lives and in doing so, help them find the hope that only comes from God.
We are so thankful for our partners who are helping us DO SOMETHING.
