Praise God. We have been thrilled by the support by our partners. PUNLA reached several milestones during the first quarter of this year.
As of March 31, 2016 PUNLA has received and distributed more than a ton (+2,000 lbs) of donated clothing and household items.
PUNLA has conducted 5 medical clinics in the last 12 months serving more than 3400 patients. Our March nutritional seminars had more than 500 in attendance at four locations, resulting in more than 200 families signing up for our free seed program.
Our volunteers have done 4 elementary school visits. We showed that God cares about them with candy and smiles for more than 2000 kids.
The kick-off meetings for our Bright Futures programs took place in the Philippines in March. We had 13 pastors attend our pastors meeting and 56 students for an orientation on our college tuition sponsorship program.
Thanks again to all of our partners for enabling us to reach and help so many people.
We are actively matching sponsors with those in need through our Bright Futures programs. Our next mission trip is scheduled for October 2016. Stay tuned for updates on our planned activities and sponsorship programs.
