PUNLA has been busy planning our October Mission trip which is scheduled for Oct. 5-15, 2016. We will be conducting 5 medical clinics and provided free blood testing for 500 patients. Additionally, we will be conducting 5 nutritional seminars and distributing donated clothing and household items.
We are extremely excited about the sponsor response we have received to our Bright Future programs.
School supplies for 50 children will be distributed in July for the new school year.
Thanks to our sponsors, 2 college students were able to start their studies in June as part of our Bright Futures College Tuition Sponsorships program.
The ministry support program has been an amazing experience. PUNLA has been able to provide funding for several church projects in Bicol including full funding for the construction of a church building in Tagbac Ragay, Roof repair for the church in Port Junction Ragay, and provided funds to secure a 5 year Sangla (lease) for location used by the church in Tamban Tinambac. Additionally, in April PUNLA provided funding for the teaching materials and snacks for Vacation Bible school at several partner churches.
